Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were larger than expected for Rome, quiet, airy, and well-furnished, but the area was quite noisy, forcing me to switch off the noise overnight. The hotel's service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us with tracking our bags and sharing our next stop's location. The location was incredibly attractive, providing easy access to many tourist attractions and good dining options within walking distance. However, I believe the location could have been managed better with a more practical approach. The dining experience was excellent, offering delicious options, especially for vegans.
The hotel was fantastic, with clean and spacious rooms overlooking the Main Street. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. Located close to many historical sites and great restaurants. The dining was very nice, offering a variety of options. A well-equipped and modern hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and in good condition, but there were some issues with ants in the bathroom and near the bed. The smell of food from downstairs was bothersome during breakfast time. However, the service was fantastic, with a very helpful and kind staff, except for a rude encounter at arrival. The location was convenient, situated in a beautiful area near popular tourist attractions but slightly away from the main tourist spots. The dining was average, nothing exceptional, but it served its purpose. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed, but lacked a safe for valuables and had limited storage space. The hotel layout led to frequent guest movement during meals, which was a downside. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, but there were issues with accepting compensation for an inconvenient situation. The location was convenient for accessing the city center on foot, but the presence of nearby dumpsters was a drawback. The dining options were basic but plentiful, with a self-service breakfast offering various choices. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms but had issues with ants in the bathroom and technical problems affecting availability. The service displayed a mix of rudeness and politeness. The location was convenient for accessing tourist spots but had some drawbacks like a filthy rear shaft view. The dining options were satisfactory but not exceptional.
